CRISTHIAN VIESCA

CEO

Cristhian has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. He also has an MBA from ITAM and AD from IPADE.

Before starting Market-In by Matrixial he worked for more than a decade in Coca Cola, Jugos del Valle and the Pharma Industry.

He's personally oversees all our projects and is always ready to help in any ways possible with the execution.

ANTONIO SANCHEZ LOPEZ

General Manager

Antonio has a Bachelors Degree in Finance, an MBA from Universidad de Negocios Complutense in Madrid.

He met Cristhian while working in Jugos del Valle, Antonio also worked for MABE, Grupo Posadas.

Antonio is in charge of growing our business, develop new businesses, and just like the rest of our team, overseeing all projects and taking care of our clients.

FELIPE GARFIAS CARMONA

CFO

Felipe has a Bachelors Degree in Finance and many diplomas and certifications related to Accounting, Tax Laws, etc.

Felipe has more than 20 years of experience in private and public sector administration. He has worked for one of the largest public hospital networks in Mexico called IMSS, worked as as Auditor, and has done extensive tax and financial counseling during his career.

Felipe is in charge of our payroll, generating financial reports, financial statements, and budget analysis.

ANDREA RODRIGUEZ

Creative Director

Andrea has a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, and MBA, and a Masters in Advertising. As part of our Team, she has directed hundreds of design and production projects for us.

She's in charge of Designing all our Project Proposals, creating renders, furniture dummies, etc.

Andrea also manages our Graphic Design and Production Team, and coordinates with the rest of our Team the flawless execution our Team is so famous for.

DANIEL MARQUEZ MARQUEZ

Operations Manager

Daniel has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He has more than a decade of experience managing product activations, on-site staff, and boosting sales for our clients.

Daniel has managed and coordinated teams of up to 1,500 people for diverse industries, brands and channels.

He's also in charge of the flawless execution and delivery of every project and client.

DANIEL MARTINEZ MENDEZ

Human Resources

Daniel has extensive studies related on HR management, job application tests, staff management, satisfaction indexes, growth plans, and more.

He's in charge of recruiting and processing all contracts, as well as taking good care of our staff members.

Daniel also contributes with some aspects of our reporting tools by measuring our staff's performance and satisfaction.
